Welcome to Mastersnap. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and any content provided by Mastersnap, a video production company based in the United Kingdom.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We offer creative video production services including, but not limited to:

  • Documentary

  • Brand storytelling

  • Post-production editing

  • Music Videos

  • Social media content creation

All services are subject to separate written agreements or project briefs.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.

  • Final balance is due 7 days before the delivery of final materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any method agreed upon.

Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the project start date will not incur further fees beyond the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days may be charged at up to 50% of the agreed project fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure) and will notify you promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All raw footage remains the property of Mastersnap unless otherwise agreed.

  • Final edited videos are licensed to the client for agreed purposes (e.g., marketing, online distribution).

  • You may not resell, sublicense, or modify our work without prior consent.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for securing all necessary permissions for locations, music, people, and events filmed.

  • You must provide accurate information and timely feedback to ensure efficient delivery.

7. Delivery and Revisions

  • Standard turnaround is [2–4 weeks] from the shoot date unless otherwise agreed.

  • Includes [1–2] rounds of reasonable revisions; further edits may be charged at an hourly rate.

  • Delivery is via secure online transfer unless physical media is requested.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific project.

We carry public liability insurance and take reasonable care with all projects and equipment.

9. Use of Work for Promotional Purposes

We may use completed work (or excerpts) for our portfolio, website, and social media. Please notify us in writing if you do not consent to this.

10. Privacy

We handle all client data in compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site and services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
